I am an Oxford provider and if you are part of an Oxford Health Plan that has the alternative medicine rider, you can see me for a copay. If you have Oxford but don’t have the alternative medicine rider, I am contracted to treat you at a discounted rate. If you are not insured by Oxford, please call your insurance company and ask if they cover acupuncture. If so, I will give you a "Superbill" to attach to your claim form. It contains all the information needed for you to get reimbursed.
